About Us
The nonprofit organization Your Story Concierge Service Inc, was founded by a nurse, Ebony N. Story, DNP, RN, who wanted to fill the gaps for populations outside of the healthcare setting. The organization was founded in 2018 and has been giving back to the community by providing ice cream socials, Christmas parties, nail painting parties, and super bowl parties for the residents of several nursing homes throughout the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA). The organization does not limit its services to the elderly, it also offers education classes for adolescents about issues teens are facing, feeding the homeless, providing scholarships to healthcare professionals, and recognizing.
Through donations, in 2021 the organization gave it first scholarship to a nursing student to help achieve a life long goal. The organization seeks to recognize those outstanding healthcare providers in the CSRA. This need led to the development of the first annual Carolyn Rose award to be given to an outstanding long-term care nurse.
The organization's mission is to offer support and resources to those in need while trying to help build solid futures one story at a time. Nonprofit organizations are important because they allow for the community to extend a smile to someone who has less than themselves. Your Story Inc., will be the joy and continue to provide smiles while extending a hand to those in need.
